Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes — order by 10 December and your table arrives before Christmas Day. Every table is built to order, so we need 2 to 4 business days to build and pack yours, and about 10 days in total from order to doorstep. If you are ordering close to the cutoff and want certainty, call (470) 552-6061 at any hour and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
How do I control the lights?
Use the Chloe's Tables app on your phone, or the included remote when your phone is in the other room.
What is under the glass?
A lit miniature winter village with cottages, a decorated tree, a train, candy canes, a lighthouse, a waterfall and glowing lakes.
How big is it, and will it fit my room?
42 in long × 22 in deep × 18 in high (107 × 56 × 46 cm) — a standard coffee table footprint. It weighs 45 lb (20 kg). Measure your space before ordering. At this size it is a real coffee table, not a novelty side piece.
What is the glass like?
A 5 mm glass display top, with a 4 in (10 cm) cavity beneath it holding the village scene. The frame is a dark wood finish with a lower shelf.
What is in each set?
The Sleigh Team kit has Santa on his sleigh with a team of reindeer figurines. The Elf Workshop kit has 20 elf figurines and a moving conveyor belt. The Complete Set includes both kits plus a free mystery gift and a free Christmas stocking.
Does it need assembly, and how long does it take?
Yes. The table itself goes together quickly, but the village pieces are positioned by you rather than arriving pre-arranged. Most customers tell us to set aside an evening and treat the arranging as part of the fun.
How heavy is it, and can I move it on my own?
It is 45 lb (20 kg) and ships in a large box. Customers have told us it is awkward to carry alone — have a second person help you bring it in and unbox it.
Does the glass show fingerprints?
It does, more than a plain wooden top — it is a glass display surface. A quick wipe with a soft cloth clears it. Worth knowing if you have small hands in the house pressing against it to look at the village.
Do you charge me again later?
No. There are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges on this store. You are charged once, for what is in your cart.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage and the outer box and contact us. You get a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you do not pay return shipping. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Refund Policy.
