1. Who we are

Chloe's Tables sells lit, glass-top display coffee tables and figurine kits direct to customers in the United States. Contact us at contact@merryjammies.com or (470) 552-6061, 24 hours a day.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where an item is mispriced, undeliverable, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Every table is built to order. Build and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay. A struck-through price is the regular price at which the item is offered outside a promotion.

Payment is taken at checkout. We never see or store your full card details; payment is handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection.

There are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges on this store. You are charged once, for what is in your cart.

4. Add-ons

Optional add-ons such as shipping protection are switched off by default and must be selected by you. We do not pre-tick optional purchases.

5. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Lit scenes photograph brighter than they appear in a lit room, and screens vary — the dimensions, weight and materials stated on the product page are the authoritative description. Assembly and arrangement of the village pieces is done by you; see the FAQ.

6. Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Reviews

Reviews published on this site are from real customers. We publish them as written, including critical ones, and we do not pay for, incentivise or edit them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss we cause by breaking this contract or by failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Safety

The table carries a mains-powered LED lighting system behind a glass top. Follow the quick start guide. Do not stand on the glass, do not immerse any part of it, and keep liquids off the display cavity seal.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the version that governs your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
