Privacy policy

1. What we collect

2. Who we share it with
Only with people who need it to deliver your order or run the shop: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider and analytics provider. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money.
3. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run the cart and checkout, plus analytics cookies that tell us which pages people read. You can control non-essential cookies through the privacy choices link in our footer and through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break checkout.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for 2 years.
5. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- give you a copy of it
- correct it
- delete it
- stop sending you marketing

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, those rights include the right to opt out of sale or sharing and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them — see the privacy choices link in our footer.
6. Marketing email
We email you about your order whether or not you opted in — that is service email, and you cannot unsubscribe from it while an order is open. Marketing email goes only to people who asked for it, and every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
7. Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Security
The site runs over TLS, payment data goes straight to our processor, and access to order records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you we will tell you.
9. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects how we use information we already hold, tell you by email.
